Each condo unit has individually controlled heating and air conditioning systems that utilize a heat pump system. This allows for personalized temperature control.

For outdoor living, the balconies and terraces have a gas BBQ connection*. South-facing terraces and west-facing townhouse terraces have a water connection*.

The condos are equipped with Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs) that supply fresh air to the units, ensuring a healthy indoor environment.
